I am very happy with the training our dog, Sadie, received at Total Solutions K-9 Training.  As a 3-year old Maltipoo, Sadie had never learned the proper dog training skills as a puppy to make her life and ours, as a family, better and more balanced.

With Cory’s leadership and guidance a lot of that changed for Sadie and our family.  Not only did Sadie need training but so did we.  We needed to understand the best way to communicate with our dog and offer a happy, healthy and well-balanced life for her.  Cory communicated those skills with us and Sadie.

Cory took Sadie into his home for 2 weeks.  There, he worked with her every day on the basic obedience skills.  Total Solutions K-9 Training also offered a great environment for Sadie to learn how to be compatible with Cory’s four dogs.

Cory worked with Sadie to walk on a loose leash, go into a climb position when that behavior was desired and overall just listen better and control unacceptable behavior.  We continue to carry out Cory’s training techniques and work with Sadie on a daily basis.  The training has made both Sadie’s and our lives better.  I would highly recommend Total Solutions K-9 Training.  Get started today and have many better and more balanced tomorrows!

We have a 1 ½ year old Shepherd-mix named Dingo that needed lots of help in dealing with his aggression at home when the doorbell rang.  We took Dingo to many classes at one of the major pet stores that offered dog training, however that did not work; we needed one-on-one dog training in our home.  Total Solutions K-9 Training was the only dog training business that I could find that offered to come to our home to help us with our issues. 

The first time Cory came to our home; Dingo bit him, and did not want to let him inside.  Cory observed Dingo for about 1 ½ hours, and offered many excellent tips.  We ended up doing five training classes with Cory, and now Dingo is perfect when strangers come to our home.  When our doorbell rings, Dingo knows to go straight to his bed (without barking!), and waits there until we tell him to get off. 

We learned many more things than just how to calm Dingo down when the doorbell rang.  Cory also taught me how to walk Dingo on a leash without pulling.  I have always wanted to walk my dog, but it was such an unpleasant experience that I was always afraid to.

During our five days of training with Total Solutions K-9 Training we did more than just work with Dingo at our home.  Cory took us to the park to prove to me that I could introduce Dingo to strangers without him biting.  Cory also took us to a pet store, where we were able to calmly walk with Dingo up & down the aisles.

I would recommend Total Solutions K-9 Training to anyone.  Many of the times that Cory came to my home, my husband was not there, and he was very comfortable to be around. He is a true professional who is very easy to talk to, funny, and was able to work miracles with my dog.  Before Total Solutions K-9 Training, I feared that we would have to give our dog away.  Now we look forward to many wonderful years with Dingo.
